Hey all! It's been a while since I updated anything on any of my social media platforms. This year, 2026, I'm taking a long break as I have some personal changes in my life. I'll be away from commercial work for a while until further notice. Since I'm taking a break, I took my time to finally start on something that means a lot to me personally. I'm remaking the bakery shop from Ghibli film Kiki's Delivery Service, aka, Gutiokipanya. I made one when I was still a student in 2012, in order to join a local dollhouse competition. That was also how everything started − I got really into miniatures after that, thinking about the possibility of becoming a full-time artist when I was in college. I started making miniatures as a part-time before I graduated and − BOOM! I managed to do it full-time until today! I'm really grateful for everyone who had supported my passion since day 1! Anyway, remaking this bakery shop has always been in my bucket list. But it always remained as just one line in my list for so many years! So this year I decided to stop putting it off anymore. 
 In the past 4 weeks, I built the basic structure of the whole house − some parts were referenced from the book “Studio Ghibli: Architecture in Animation”, and some rooms in this house were imagined for parts not featured in the movie. But I'm glad I started something that is no longer just an item on a list in my head :) I'll split the whole project into 8 to 10 episodes in total depending on my progress, but you can watch the first episode now on my Youtube channel. Here are some pictures of my work in 2012 (Oh god, that was 14 years ago!!) 
From today's perspective the work feels rough, and lacks pasties in the shelves haha But that's how progress should look, isn't it! I turned myself from an amateur into a miniature artist, that's how a dreams come true feels like.
