After the mini reconstruction, now it looks so much satisfying with me. The aging paint of the wall and road are more realistic than the 2017-version. I also added some object details in the shophouse and kopitiam.
On the first floor of shophouse, I made it as subdivided rooms (also known as 劏房) which is showing the real circumstance before it was tore down to cafe for now.
The 60 years old Ho Kow kopitiam is no longer located at Lorong Panggung.
I brought it back to KL few days ago, and take a contrast photo between the new alley and the original appearance. This artwork is displayed in @Pandan Republic, Lorong Panggung now. Check it out if you're interested :)
As time goes by, the skill and accuracy on making scenario has improved. The darn perfectionism in me started to think of reconstructing the mini shophouse I made for Lorong Panggung 2 years ago. Basically I remain all the windows and door (as they look quite good to me), and transfer them into a new wall. The main thing I ain't satisfy for the old one was the weathering and paint I applied to the wall.
The size is slightly amended too.
We will see how the new one looks like next time.
